As a CODA (child of Deaf adults), I can speak first-hand to the important role BridgesDHH serves in our community.  I have been involved with BridgesDHH for over ten years and have been privileged to participate in and to witness the extraordinary impact we have in the Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing communities. Our growth over the last decade, strategic and driven by the leadership of those we serve, is tremendous. From the board's perspective, the growth and the everyday work starts with direction of the community we serve and then with our roles of identifying the right CEO and providing unwavering financial and strategy oversight. From there, our talented staff carry out the vision. As we reflect on the last decade of growth, we will start our 100th year of service in September, mindful of and preparing for a vision that will shape the next 100 years.
