Strategies
In partnership with and following the lead of our Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and hard of hearing communities, BridgesDHH is building access, equity, and inclusion through advocacy, education, empowerment, and effective communication.

We have built a continuum of programs and services from birth through elder years, ensuring we provide community, support, and intervention at all stages of life and building programs that are sustainable, replicable, and scalable. Our statewide programs are also designed to serve in both urban and rural areas.

Values
In our service and decision making, we strive to remain faithful to and to express these values:

Integrity, acting with fidelity to our values
Intention, acting with purpose and meaning

Honesty, valuing truth

Relationship, being in community with one another

Respect, acting with honor and kindness for all

Stewardship, respecting and utilizing wisely those precious resources of time, talents, people, and finances entrusted to us

We focus on the critical, identifying and removing barriers and working to resolution of the challenge, whether it be systemic or individual. In the most basic terms, we do what needs doing and work with our community until needs are met, including meeting those needs through collaboration and referral to external partners.

How we do what we do is just as important as what we do. In both program and staff evaluations, we assess if we demonstrated our values in the way we served. With those values, we remain accountable, agile, creative, effective, and innovative, ensuring excellence for another Century of service.
