Empowerment is a case management program with elements of social work and individual-based advocacy. Much of the work is around housing, employment, food security, and navigating systems from insurance to Medicaid/Medicare communication access for medical, legal, and educational needs, and much more. Empowerment is available at BridgesTN, BridgesWEST, and BridgesEAST.
